My children:  Olivia - 5, Naomi - 3 and Tessa - 18 mos

I completed my first sprint triathlon in July 2008.   It went pretty well - I ended up with a time of 1:28:17.

I am back pole vaulting - my best result after a 5 year lay off was 13-6 from 6 lefts...
